In order to reserve your space, you must first submit your application. Upon approval, we'll send you a confirmation email with a payment link. Your space will be held for 24 hours only until you secure your space with deposit or full payment. If you opt for an affordable payment plan, after submitting your deposit, we'll set up your payment plan. From there, we'll schedule our 1:1 coaching call to get to know each-other and clarify your retreat intentions. You'll be automatically enrolled in our private Facebook group to meet your fellow travelers + connected to our retreat coordinator for when you are ready to organize the next steps for your lodging and travel.

Yes, payment plans as low as $140/month are offered without a credit card by our partners including Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and PayPal.

Hayley hasn't offered live group retreat in the last two years and chances are high that she will not ever offer this retreat program again in Sedona. This is a rare and potentially once in a  lifetime opportunity to receive direct transmission in the flesh and    study the sacred feminine arts face to face and heart to heart with other women, completely unplugged from technology and in communion with the land.

Yes! While most will journey alone, we encourage established frienships to strengthen the cohesion of our entire group.

When you sign up with another woman or a friend is referred by you later, each of you receive $200 off your registration. If you've already paid, this comes in the form of a direct deposit refund. We are grateful and honored to receive your referral!

We are a huge fan of online courses and women's circles but there are certain experiences that only work in person. 

During our gathering, Hayley is fully devoted in service to your healing and transformation. Joining her in person is the only way to receive this depth of her guidance as a facilitator short of booking a private retreat with her that begins upwards of $12,000.

Live retreat is the only place where Hayley facilitates her signature dance meditations and where we do embodied ritual work directly on the land. Sedona has ample Divine Feminine codes for women with receptive wombs. There is nothing like building relationship with sacred land and receiving direct guidance for your personal soul path. 

Imagine being completely embraced by a sacred circle of sisters in the flesh. There are no words for this experience and the years of healing that can occur in only one week.

Perfect. October is our favorite month in Sedona for nature time. Flowers are still blooming yet red and yellow leaves are beginning to fall. Average highs are warm and sunny around 74-80°F (23-27°C) so you can still lay out and get a tan while nighttime Temperatures are cooler with lows dropping to about 45-55°F (7-10°C). October sees occasional light rain sprinkle but nothing to keep us indoors or under a rain jacket.

Sedona is a wonderland of stunning accommodations in all price ranges from luxury resorts to free camping on the land. If you desire to share accommodations with other women from the retreat, you will be connected with the group in our Private Priestess Retreat Portal where you can join forces to find the perfect space for you near to our Goddess Temple. 

We have four rooms  available in the sweet ceremonial temple home where we will be gathering daily. These spots will go fast so if you desire information about them, please inquire with Hayley directly after you reserve your spot.

Our retreat coordinator is available  to help ensure you have all the information you need to find the best fit for you.

The closest airport is Phoenix (PHX). In our Private Priestess Retreat Portal we'll support you to connect with other women on the journey so you can organize sharing a car rental. Renting a private or group car is the best option for greatest ease in getting from our ceremonial space to your lodging and exploring town. We'll support you to coordinate your transportation from the airport.

If possible, we encourage you to schedule (at least) a day in Sedona before and after the retreat to rest, receive and integrate so you can drop in, receive the full medicine with ease and return relaxed and refreshed.

We will be diving deep together so we ask that you have some foundational experience with healing embodied practice like yoga, tantra, dance, qigong, or other conscious movement modalities. Additionally, we ask that you have some experience with practices that cultivate self awareness and emotional maturity, like meditation, women's circle, trauma healing, coaching, somatic experiencing or therapy so that you are resourced in therapeutic group space.
