I was once the woman who had it all together on paper—
But inside, I was battling anxiety, disordered eating, and an inner critic that never slept.

I poured my energy into activism, achievement, and healing others…
while quietly betraying my own body in the name of perfection.

Eventually, my body said: No more.


So I pulled my Ph.D. applications, stepped off the fast track, and devoted myself to what I now know was the true path of liberation—


The reclamation of the feminine body and soul.

I’ve spent over two decades studying ancient and modern healing arts across cultures, including:

  • Celtic Shamanism & Tantric Buddhism

  • Somatic therapy & sacred dance

  • Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and entheogenic ceremony

  • Archetypal psychology, astrology, and trauma-informed ritual

But it wasn’t until I walked the Priestess path—remembering the power of cycles, sisterhood, and sensual embodiment—that it all clicked.

Feminine healing is not linear.
It is cyclical, ancestral, erotic, emotional, and Earth-rooted.
It’s not something we “do”—
It’s someone we become again.

my lineage

I was born the daughter of Karen, granddaughter of Janet, and great-granddaughter of Kitty, Susan, and Mary.


My ancestral bloodlines trace to Celtic, Norse, and Anglo-Saxon roots.


But deeper still, I claim kinship with the fungi, rivers, and stones—
The original elders.
The Earth herself.

As an ordained Priestess of Avalon, I now walk with the blessings of the ancient ones—
In service to the rising feminine on Earth.

what i stand for

I believe integrity isn’t just about keeping promises—
It’s about alignment with the Earth.
With your soul.
With what you say you value, even when no one’s watching.

I believe in authenticity—not the performative kind,
but the messy, radiant truth of who you are when you stop trying to be palatable.

I believe leadership begins in the body.
That balance isn’t a destination—it’s a dance
between action and rest, structure and flow,
doing and deep listening.

I believe compassion is power.
That curiosity is a form of love.
That joy is holy.

And I believe we were never meant to do this alone.
We heal in community.
We rise in sisterhood.
We lead by example—not perfection.

I lead moon rituals barefoot under the stars—and love a strong cup of rose petal tea.

I’m a Sagittarius Sun, Pisces Moon, and Aquarius Rising. I’ll choose soul quests, oceanic feelings, and radical truth over small talk any day.

I believe laughter, sacred rage, and blindfold dancing are all forms of prayer.

I’m a hobby herbalist who delights in gathering wild medicinal plants, hanging them to dry around my home, and crafting delicious oils, salves, and tinctures.

I live for ancestral pilgrimages and traveling the world on retreat with other Priestesses.

My life partner is a grounded stonemason who keeps me tethered to the real.

the bigger picture

As sacred activists, we move beyond the limitations of the mind into the deeper realms where true transformation lies. Through movement exploration we become aware of and take off false masks, peeling back absorbed conditioning as a means of transforming the larger culture from the inside out. We use the body to understand the ways our ego-mind may unconciously generate and perpetuate injustice. We use our bodies to take inspired action in the world while simultaneously practicing the direct experience of oneness with all beings.

Movement ritual supports us to experience our bodies as part of the innate harmony of the body of the earth. We take our yoga, our meditation, our growth practice off the mat and into the world by enacting our devotion to a conscious lifestyle. Through small but regular self care rituals and a commitment to showing up with kindness in our body, exactly as it is, we slowly but surely create a new world outside of patriarchal and white supremicist paradigms.
