The yogis and other earth-based traditions believe that all things, including the physical and emotional body, consist of a combination of five elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space. The possibility of inner freedom is realized by becoming skillful artists and alchemists, making these tools our own rituals of self-care that allows us to show up fully in the world.
This five month journey is a soulful exploration of alchemizing the five elements of our bodies through movement, breath, meditation, myth and mantra.
