For the past 14 years of guiding transformational retreats, teaching, coaching, and mentoring women leaders, I’ve witnessed the life-altering impact of sisterhood, nature communion, healing movement, and Earth-based ritual to awaken our feminine energy—our intuition, inherent worthiness, heart wisdom, creativity, and leadership rooted in love.

Starting at an early age, I was plagued by eating disorders and perfectionism. Heralded as high achiever - the more I was applauded, the sicker I became. After discovering yoga, meditation and Buddhism - my life changed dramatically. But it wasn’t until I discovered women’s moon circles, shamanic vision quests in nature, and ancestral ritual that I unlocked the missing link to women’s healing, pleasure, and empowerment.

Today, I not only communicate regularly with my ancestors in simple and sweet ways on the daily—receiving their loving guidance and support whenever I need—but also carry transmissions from ancient priestess lineages that live in my bones.

I’ve been initiated as a Priestess in three countries and have guided hundreds of women on this sacred path of Feminine Awakening. Sister, you already know—you are part of this great return.     Live retreat is the only place where Hayley facilitates her signature dance meditations and where we do embodied ritual work directly on the land.   • What we now call Sedona sits on the ancestral lands of the Yavapai, Apache, Hopi, Diné (Navajo) Nations. Of course, as ancestral medicine keepers, we honor the original stewards of this land—their wisdom, resilience, and enduring presence. As part of our commitment to cultural respect and reciprocity, a portion of all retreat proceeds will be donated directly to the Hopi Nations Arts & Education Fund.

  • Fall is the most beautiful moment of the year to visit Sedona.

    Early November in Sedona brings comfortable daytime highs in the mid-60s  to low 70's °F (18–22 °C) and crisp evenings with lows in the mid-30s and 40s °F (2–7 °C)   . Skies are usually clear, with only a slight chance (~10–12%) of light rain or flurries  .

    It’s the perfect season for walking barefoot in the red rocks during the day and cozying up by moonlit fires at night.

  • You’ll receive guidance and suggestions for accommodations in a variety of price ranges—from ceremonial shared homes to luxe private stays. Four limited spaces are available in the home temple space itself—first come, first serve. You’ll also be connected with the group to coordinate shared lodging if desired.

  • Fly into Phoenix (PHX) and rent a car, grab the shuttle, or coordinate a shared ride with fellow retreat participants. We’ll support this through our private group chat portal once your spot is confirmed.

  • Absolutely. We recommend arriving at least one day before and staying at least one day after to fully drop in and integrate. This helps your body ease into the experience and transition out with grace and spaciousness.
